Shipping

Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day, but if it’s after 2pm, we can get your parcel sent out the next working day. Delivery is usually next day but not guaranteed. Delivery is €4.95.

United Kingdom

Delivery time to the UK is 3-5 days and the shipping cost is €10.00 . (Delivery may take longer) 




Returns


Zone Clothing are happy to refund all items within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. You will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.

A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund. 

Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.

To return an item from the Republic of Ireland, follow the An Post link below and select Zone Clothing. You will follow the steps on screen and take your parcel with your QR code to your nearest An Post Post Office.
